Great place for children to learn the art of jiu jistu and self defense/discipline . Adding to that the great coaching staff and attitude the kids have fun with Garrett, while learning the importance of sticking with something staying fit and kicking butt! My daughter started with Garrett when she was 9. she took a hiatus for dance for a few years but soon realized she felt more at home at NJMMAA.. shes been there ever since :)

My daughter tried it for a month last year and has continued with Kickboxing and is trying their Jitsitzu class too. Great atmosphere comfortable for all ages both men women and kids.

Absolutely love this place! Garret is great!!He is a very experienced very professional instructor. His training practices are very safe he always makes sure everyone is training safely. His facility is very clean new and inviting. All of the students and staff here are great people. Give njmma 10/10

Whether your looking for a great workout, or if your an MMA enthusiast, this place has something for everyone. I found the staff to be very informative and the environment to be very friendly. The kickboxing class pushes me to my absolute limit every time, highly recommended!

One of the most difficult things about an exercise regimen of any kind is sticking to it. You might be tempted to take one day off, and that leads to a pattern of skipped practices and classes. 2) You have an automatic martial arts training partner
